01What's the difference between a regular and deep clean?
Regular care covers the everyday essentials: accessible surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms and floors. A deep reset allows extra time for build-up and detailed areas such as baseboards. We agree the checklist with you before the visit.
02Do I need to have cleaning supplies?
Supplies are included in the quoted clean. If you have preferred products, delicate finishes, allergies or pets, mention them when confirming the scope so the cleaner can plan accordingly.
03Is the online estimate my final price?
It's a guide based on your home's size and the service you choose. The final flat quote, any applicable taxes, extras and availability are confirmed in conversation before you book. You won't be asked to pay on this page.
04Can I start with a one-time clean?
Absolutely. Choose a one-time deep reset, or start with a deep clean and continue biweekly. We'll help you choose a practical plan for your home, without assuming you want recurring service.
05What if something on the checklist is missed?
Tell us in the same chat used to arrange your clean. If something in the agreed cleaning scope was missed, we'll arrange a free redo of the missed area.
06How do I confirm a date?
Build your estimate, then copy or download the summary and send it in the conversation where you found us. We'll confirm a local cleaner and a suitable time before finalising the booking. The estimate tool itself does not reserve a slot.
